Click Get Started.
Click "Activate Account".
Choose your new password.
Log in anytime using this new password – online or on the app.
The CLEVR Money app is available for free in the App Store and Google Play.
Your login details for the app are the same as the CLEVR Money online banking system.
Go to My Info on the app.
You need to use your membership number for the login.
If you do not remember it, you can find it use the "Forgot Member Number" link on the login page of online banking or the app.
If you have forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page of online banking or the app.
On the app, go to Home 🏠 Your Available Balance shows what you can take out. You can also view transactions by clicking on your account 📄
On the app, go to Money Out. Select the account you want to take money out of and follow the steps.
Go to Pay In. Use the bank details to transfer money into your account. It will take 1 working day to show up.
You can keep your account if you live in the UK.
