You will need your membership number.
Click Get Started.
Click "Activate Account".
Choose your new password.
Log in anytime using this new password – online or on the app.
The CLEVR Money app is available for free in the App Store and Google Play.
Your login details for the app are the same as the CLEVR Money online banking system.
You need to use your membership number for the login.
If you do not remember it, you can find it use the "Forgot Member Number" link on the login page of online banking or the app.
If you have forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page of online banking or the app.
Existing customers can contact us through the mobile app.
New customers can contact us via email.
Once you opened the account with us, you're a lifetime member as long as you remain in the UK.
Don't forget to update your address details on the account, as we may need to send you mail.
If you're moving outside of the UK, contact us before you move.
To end your membership, you simply need to withdraw all funds from your account/s.
You cannot end your membership if you owe any money to the company.
Please contact us if you wish to close your account, so we can let you know how to stop your payment method and ensure that the account closure is processed.
